Philippine Team placed 3rd in the 6th Cheerleading World Championship

Philippine Cheerleading Team finished 3rd place in the just concluded 6th Cheerleading World Championship held in Hong Kong. The team joined in the Cheer Mixed Category and is lead by the UP Pep Squad joined by some members of Centro Escolar University and Polytechnic University of the Philippines pep squads.

The Team finished behind Japan Cheerleading Team and the Team from Thailand. These top 2 teams have been a constant winner of the previous cheerleading competition and winning behind them is already a big achievement for the Philippine Team.
